1. General Provisions
1.1. This document is an official public offer by Ecohotel & Restaurant "Skala" to any individual (hereinafter referred to as the Client) to conclude an agreement under the terms stated below.
1.2. The act of booking and/or paying for services via the website skalahotel.kz constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide hotel services to the Client, and the Client undertakes to pay for them.
3. Booking and Payment Procedure
3.1. Booking is made on the website by selecting the date, room type, and entering contact information.
3.2. Payment is made online through a secure payment system.
3.3. Upon payment confirmation, the client receives a confirmation email.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. Free cancellation is available no later than 3 (three) days before the check-in date.
4.2. In case of late cancellation or no-show, a penalty equal to the cost of one night will be charged.
5. Liability of the Parties
5.1. The Service Provider is not responsible for failure to provide services due to the Client’s fault (incorrect data entry, etc.).
5.2. The Client undertakes to provide accurate and truthful information when booking.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the booking confirmation is received.
6.2. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
